You're Not Booking a Tour.
You're Trusting a Friend.
I founded Brownline Tours in 2012 because I watched Ghana's extraordinary tourism potential go unshared with the world. I'd spent years guiding — and I knew the Ghana most visitors never see: the family compounds, the chief's palace, the woman who makes the best kelewele in all of Accra.
When you travel with us, you travel with me and my team of 80 locally trained guides who grew up in the places they show you. We don't just take you to Ghana — we take you inside it.
What Our Travelers Say
Don't take our word for it — hear from the 15,000+ travellers who have discovered Ghana with Brownline Tours.
"The Mole National Park safari exceeded every expectation. Walking within metres of wild elephants — only your ranger between you and them — is something I will never forget. Our guide Kofi knew the park intimately. Brownline Tours made everything seamless, from Accra to the bush and back."
"As a descendant of enslaved Africans, visiting Cape Coast Castle was the most powerful experience of my life. The historian guide gave us space to feel, to grieve, and to understand. Brownline Tours treated this tour with the reverence and depth it deserves. Ghana welcomed me home."
"Standing on the canopy walkway in Kakum, 40 metres above the ancient rainforest, was absolutely breathtaking. The next day at Cape Coast Castle was deeply moving. Ghana is extraordinary — so full of life, history, and warmth. Brownline Tours's small group made everything feel personal."
